Cindy Phillips (born October 31, 1983) is a professional female bodybuilder from Nova Scotia, Canada.
Cindy started lifting weights in 2002. Her first contest was the Nova Scotia Provincial Championship in April, 2003, where she placed second in the lightweight division. She won the junior class at the 2004 Canadian Nationals, and was the Nova Scotia overall champion in 2005. In 2006, she placed second in the middleweight class at the Canadian Nationals. She placed second at the Nationals again in 2007, but was awarded an IFBB pro card.
Cindy is currently studying criminology at Saint Mary's University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Cindy is best friends with fellow young bodybuilder, Britt Miller.

she would love to one day go pro, and maybe be the youngest woman in Canada to do so. Each contest is a learning experience and practice and only helps her to improve.
